Computer repairs, software problems, upgrades or new installations. Give me details of the problem, for many hardware problems a fixed price quote can be given. Where I charge for time my rates are £25 for the first 30 mins + £6 for each extra 15 mins. Just ask or email, my contact details are at the end of this page.

For lower rates - drop off the problem PC or laptop at my Bower Ashton workshop, just phone or email to arrange a visit.

Normal working hours:

Business or home visits can be arranged between -

• Weekdays: 9:00am to 5:00pm.
• Saturday and Sunday mornings: 9:00am to 1:00pm.

Deliveries to Bower Ashton (map) of problem PC's or laptops are welcome but visitors must arrange the delivery in advance. Delivery and pickup times are more flexible and charges are reduced by at least £5.

Sometimes without seeing the problem, its difficult to give an exact quote but I will give you a no obligation quote if you bring your PC or laptop to me.

Workshop Jobs: I do pass on savings if you deliver to me. This is not only for the travel time and petrol costs. Jobs that involve lengthy tasks that do not require frequent attention will be cheaper if done in the workshop.

You don't pay for time waiting while the anti virus/spy ware scan runs, in formatting disks, operating system installation, driver downloads and more. For these types of job and many others, charges are always less than for repairs or faults fixed during a home or site visit.
